Sign Up to Request to Speak (RTS)
The Request to Speak program allows anyone to register in opposition or support for a bill in a legislative committee at the Arizona Legislature. It also allows anyone to sign up to speak during committee when the bill is being heard.
You can utilize your voice through RTS by letting Arizona lawmakers know what you think about a bill either online or in-person.
Creating an account for RTS can only be completed in-person at the Arizona Capitol. To save you time, we can create that account for you.
