Sign Up to Request to Speak (RTS)
The Request to Speak program allows anyone to register in opposition or support for a bill in a legislative committee at the Arizona Legislature. It also allows anyone to sign up to speak during committee when the bill is being heard. ​
You can utilize your voice through RTS by letting Arizona lawmakers know what you think about a bill either online or in-person.

Creating an account for RTS can only be completed in-person at the Arizona Capitol. To save you time, we can create that account for you.
