POLITICIAN

Peña is too extreme for Arizona. As an elected official she has:

  • Voted against repealing the 1864 total ban on abortion, even in cases of rape and incest (HB2677 2024)

  • Voted for a budget that cuts Medicaid to fund $400 million dollars in tax cuts for corporations (SB1106 2026)

  • Voted for a budget that cuts pay raises for firefighters and state troopers and funding for public schools (HB2962, 2025)

  • Voted to build more data centers, allow data centers to not pay taxes, and let data centers raise Arizonans' energy bills (HB2452 2026, SB1106 2026, & HCR2052 2026)

Peña even takes thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from energy corporations like APS and Southwest Gas and then votes against lowering utility costs.
